Abstract

APERFEIçOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM MéTODO DE EMBALAGEM QUE PROPORCIONA E MANTéM A COLORAçãO AVERMELHADA PREFERIDA DAS CARNES VERMELHAS FRESCAS. A presente invenção é um método fará o aprimoramento da aparência visual de um produto alimentício (12) e um filme (22) utilizado pelo método. O filme inclui uma quantidade efetiva de um componente contendo nitrogênio contido no ou aplicado a um lado do filme e adapta para ficar em contato com o item alimentício dentro de um contêiner de embalagem de alimento alimento (10). Quando do contato com o item alimentício dentro do container, o componente contendo nitrogênio forma gás óxido nitroso dentro do container, em virtude do contato do componente com e sua dissolução dentro dos fluidos do produto alimentício. Assim, o contato físico do filme de embalagem com o item alimentício ocasiona o aparecimento de uma coloração avermelhada preferida na superfície exposta (100) do item alimentício sem afetar a aparência, performance ou coloração da parte interior do produto alimentício.
