Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR ALUMìNIO E MATERIAIS QUE CONTêM ALUMìNIO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL DE ALIMENTAçãO QUE CONTéM ALUMìNIO SóLIDO E PRODUTO RESULTANTE Expõe-se um processo para produzir alumínio e materiais que contém alumínio a partir de um material de alimentação que contém alumínio sólido. O processo compreende lixiviar o material de alimentação que contém alumínio com um licor de lixiviação e formar uma solução aquosa que contém íons de alumínio, extrair os íons de alumínio a partir da solução aquosa com um reagente orgânico e carregar os íons de alumínio no reagente orgânico e formar um complexo de alumínio, e recuperar alumínio ou um material que contém alumínio a partir do complexo de alumínio.PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ALUMINUM AND MATERIALS CONTAINING ALUMINUM FROM FOOD SUPPLY CONTAINING SOLID ALUMINUM AND RESULTING PRODUCT A process for producing aluminum and aluminum-containing materials from a feedstock containing solid aluminum is set forth. The process comprises leaching the aluminum-containing feedstock with a leach liquor and forming an aqueous solution containing aluminum ions, extracting the aluminum ions from the aqueous solution with an organic reagent and loading the aluminum ions into the organic reagent. and forming an aluminum complex, and recovering aluminum or an aluminum-containing material from the aluminum complex.
