COMPOSTO OU UM SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEL OU HIDRATO DOS MESMOS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DO COMPOSTO, E, MéTODOS PARA TRATAR DISTúRBIOS MEDIADOS POR MGLUR 5 E PARA INIBIR A ATIVAçãO DE RECPTORES DE MGLUR 5 A presente invenção refere-se a novos compostos de piperazina acetilínica de fórmula I, seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e hidratos: em que R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬, R¬ 3¬, R¬ 4¬, M, e n são como definidas na descrição. A invenção também refere-se a processos para a preparação dos compostos e aos novos intermediários empregados no preparação, composições farmacêuticas contendo os compostos, e ao uso do compostos em terapia.
