Abstract

PROCESSO PARA EXTRAçãO REATIVA DE áCIDO LEVULìNICO DE UMA MISTURA AQUOSA Processo para extração reativa de ácido levulínico de uma mistura aquosa que compreende ácido levulínico, onde a mistura aquosa é colocada em contato com um álccol esterificante líquido, álccol esse que posui pelo menos quatro átomos de carbono e que é substancialmente imiscível com água, em condições de esterificação, na presença de um catalisador e a uma temperatura da faixa de 20 a 250<198>, para formar um éster de levulinato, onde a qualidade de álcool é tal que o álcool líquido extrai o éster da mistura aquosa, e ma fase aquosa comprreendendo o catalisador e posuindo um reduzido contúdo de ácido levulínico, e uma fase orgânica compreendendo álcool e o éster de levulinato são formadas..
