Abstract
"Tiras de teste e métodos de produção de pluralidade das mesmas" Um sistema para medir um nível de glicose numa amostra de sangue inclui uma tira de teste e um medidor. A tira de teste inclui uma câmara de amostra ou zona de teste, um elétrodo operacional, um elétrodo de contagem, elétrodos de detecção de enchimento e um condutor auto-ligado. Uma camada de reativo é disposta na zona de teste. O condutor auto-ligado faz que o medidor acorde e realize uma seqüência de tira de teste, quando a tira de teste for inserida do medidor. O medidor usa os elétrodos operacional e de contagem para detectar inicialmente a amostra de sangue na câmara de amostra e usa os elÞtrodos de detecção de enchimento para verificar se a amostra de sangue se misturou com a camada de reativo. O medidor aplica uma tensão de ensaio entre os elétrodos operacional e de contagem e mede a corrente resultante. O medidor calcula o nível de glicose com base na corrente medida e nos dados de calibração salvos na memória de um dispositivo removível de memória de dados associados com a tira de teste.
