Abstract

COMPOSIçõES COMPREENDENDO MEMANTINA E PLìMEROS POLIANIÈNICOS PARA ADMINISTRAçãO AO OLHO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições incluindo uma amina neuroprotetora relacionada com adamantana e um polímero polianiónico que são bem toleradas, não-tóxicas e/ou resultam em efeitos colaterais reduzidos ou menores. Os métodos são providos empregando estas composições, por exemplo, administrando topicamente tais composições aos olhos de ser humanos ou animais, para o tratamento de olhos de seres humanos ou de animais.
