Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL E PAPELãO, E PAPEL OU PAPELãO FEITO A PARTIR DE UMA FOLHA CONTìNUA DE PAPEL DRENADA". Métodos de fabricação de papel ou papelão são descritos na presente invenção. Um método preferido compreende formar polpa tratada adicionando à polpa um silicato sintético em camadas e pelo menos um polímero. O silicato sintético em camadas preferivelmente compreende um silicato de sódio lítio magnésio hidratado sintético e o polímero sendo selecionado dentre polímero catiónico, polimero não-iónico, e polímero anfotérico. O agente peptizante preferivelmente vem a ser um agente peptizante de polifosfato inorgânico contido em certos produtos comerciais de silicato sintético em camadas. O inventor surpreendentemente descobriu que o agente peptizante provê significativas melhorias em drenagem, retenção, e turgidez, daí melhorando o processo de fabricação de produtos de papel ou papelão."METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PAPER AND PAPER, AND PAPER OR PAPER MADE FROM A DRAINTED PAPER SHEET". Paper or cardboard manufacturing methods are described in the present invention. A preferred method comprises forming treated pulp by adding to the pulp a layered synthetic silicate and at least one polymer. The synthetic layered silicate preferably comprises a synthetic hydrous lithium sodium silicate and the polymer being selected from cationic polymer, nonionic polymer, and amphoteric polymer. The peptizing agent preferably becomes an inorganic polyphosphate peptizing agent contained in certain commercial layered synthetic silicate products. The inventor surprisingly found that the peptizing agent provides significant improvements in drainage, retention, and turgidity, thereby improving the papermaking process.
