Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA PLACA DE VIDRO ISOLANTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma placa de vidro isolante, utilizando uma fita elastoplástica como elemento distanciador, no qual a fita é retirada de uma dobadoura de reserva e com uma das suas superfícies laterais é apertada contra a primeira placa de vidro como elemento distanciador circulante próxima da borda, assim como, em seguida, é colocada e apertada a segunda placa de vidro, evita uma migração da fita apertada contra a primeira placa de vidro antes e, especialmente, durante o aperto da segunda placa de vidro por uma fita elastoplástica, que tem superfícies laterais graduadas, e das quais as superfícies parciais em forma de tira elevadas são revestidas com uma substância adesiva em forma de filme, muito adesiva, e as superfícies parciais em forma de tira, diminutamente rebaixadas, são revestidas, antes do aperto da fita contra a primeira placa de vidro com uma outra substância adesiva estanque à difusão de vapor de água, especialmente uma substância adesiva de butila. Da melhor maneira, as superfícies parciais elevadas da superfície lateral da fita já vem revestidas quando da fabricação com uma substância adesiva em forma de filme, muito aderente, e encobertas até a utilização da fita com folhas de proteção as quais, imediatamente antes da aplicação da substância adesiva estanque à difusão de vapor de água sobre as superfícies parciais rebaixadas. - caracterizado pelo fato - de que a fita elastoplástica sobre uma parte da sua espessura tem uma largura menor do que a largura nominal, - de que as superfícies parciais m forma de tira das superfícies parciais da fita são revestidas na região da sua largura nominal com uma substância adesiva fortemente aderente - de que as superfícies parciais restantes em forma de tira, rebaixadas, da superfícies laterais da fita, antes do seu aperto contra a primeira placa de vidro, são revestidas com uma outra substância adesiva estanque à difusão de vapor de água.
