Abstract

"equipamento e método de produção de ferro fundido". a presente invenção relaciona-se com um equipamento de fabrico de ferro fundido por injeção de finos de materiais carbonáceos num fusor-gasificador e um método de produção de ferro fundido usando o mesmo. o método de fabrico de ferro fundido de acordo com a presente invenção inclui etapas de redução das misturas que contêm minérios de ferro num reator de redução e conversão das misturas que contêm minérios de ferro em materiais reduzidos, preparação de materiais carbonáceos voluminosos que contêm materiais voláteis como fonte de aquecimento para fundir os materiais reduzidos, carregar os materiais carbonáceos voluminosos numa parte superior em forma de abóbada de um fusor-gasificador e formar um leito de carvão compactado, preparar finos de materiais carbonáceos que contêm materiais voláteis como fonte de aquecimento para fundir os materiais reduzidos, injetar oxigênio e os materiais carbonáceos finos no leito de carvão compactado por uma tuberia instalada no fusor-gasificador, carregar os materiais reduzidos no fusor-gasificador conectado ao reator de redução e fabricar ferro fundido e suprir o gás de redução no fusor-gasificador feito a partir de materiais voláteis contidos tanto nos materiais carbonáceos voluminosos como nos materiais carbonáceos finos para o reator de redução.
