Dito calçado dispondo de uma parte superior, de uma sola e de um conjunto de salto ajustável (50), o qual inclui um primeiro membro de salto (52), externo, interligado à sola na sua parte traseira, e um segundo membro de salto (56), interno, disposto pelo menos parcialmente embutido no interior do primeiro membro de salto (52), sendo que o segundo membro do salto (56) é móvel em relação ao primeiro membro (52), entre uma primeira posição na qual o primeiro e o segundo membros de salto dão ao salto uma primeira altura, e uma segunda posição na qual o primeiro e o segundo membros de salto dão ao salto uma segunda altura, maior que a primeira; o segundo membro de salto (56) ora aperfeiçoado apresenta-se auto-estabilizável, por ser dotado de uma superfície de base chanfrada (62), que possui uma primeira superfície de contato (64) tocando o solo na primeira posição, e uma segunda superfície de contato (66) tocando o solo na segunda posição.
