Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE CORRENTE DE ALIMENTAçãO DE GáS CRAQUEADO". O gás de carga do craqueamento térmico de um material de alimentação de hidrocarbonetos é processado em um sistema de hidrogenação por destilação catalítica de unidade primária de uma planta de olefinas para, de modo mais efetivo, recuperar etileno e propileno produtos e processar os sub-produtos. A taxa de incrustação no sistema é reduzido pelo emprego de duas colunas no sistema, com a primeira coluna operando em uma pressão mais alta e a segunda coluna operando em uma pressão mais baixa. A hidrogenação, bem como o fracionamento ocorrem na primeira coluna enquanto a segunda coluna é somente uma coluna fracionadora. As temperaturas dos produtos de fundo de cada coluna são mantidas a uma temperatura menor que 200<198>C, para evitar incrustações.
