Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR ENROLAMENTOS ONDULADOS PARA PACOTES DE LAMINADO DE ROTOR E ESTATOR DE MáQUINAS ELéTRICAS". A invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para formar enrolamentos ondulados, que compreendem seções de teias que são interconectadas por cabeças de enrolamentos, e a introdução dos ditos enrolamentos dentro dos núcleos do rotor ou estator de máquinas elétricas. Os enrolamentos ondulados (10) são cortados de uma faixa de enrolamento ondulado (52) que consiste em fio de enrolamento (56), o qual é depositado alternativamente em torno das superfícies laterais externas de protuberâncias de formação (50) por uma guia de fio (54) durante o processo de formação. As ditas protuberâncias são deslocadas uma em relação à outra na periferia de dois discos rotativos adjacentes axialmente (46, 48). Enquanto que a faixa de enrolamento ondulado (52) é colocada na periferia dos discos (46, 48), a distância entre um protuberância de formação (50) na primeira fila e a protuberância de formação seguinte na outra fila é aumentada, de tal maneira que as superfícies laterais externas das protuberâncias de formação (50) formam cabeças de enrolamento (14) dos enrolamentos ondulados (10). Os enrolamentos ondulados (10) que foram cortados da faixa de enrolamentos (52) são subseqüentemente introduzidos dentro de sulcos (89) de um núcleo de rotor ou estator, ou uma ferramenta de transmissão (88) que é similar a um rotor, os ditos sulcos abrindo-se radialmente para o exterior.
