Abstract

"IMPLANTES SUBCUTáNEOS APRESENTANDO LIBERAçãO INICIAL LIMITADA DO PRINCìPIO ATIVO E LIBERAçãO AMPLIADA SUBSEQüENTE LINEARMENTE VARIáVEL DO MESMO". A presente invenção se refere a um implante subcutâneo que apresenta uma liberação inicial limitada do princípio ativo e uma liberação ampliada subseqüente linearmente variável do mesmo que consiste em um núcleo (i) que compreende um princípio ativo disperso em uma matriz polimérica de um copolímero de ácido poli láctico/glicólico (PLGA), um revestimento (ii) na forma de uma película que compreende como componente principal, um copolímero do ácido láctico-glicólico e os processos relacionados para preparar o referido implante.
