Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE AçúCAR LìQUIDO". Processo de produção de açúcar líquido por formação de uma solução de açúcar de água e açúcar natural contendo suco, ajustamento do pH de uma solução de açúcar para a faixa desde 1,0 a 2,0 de modo a obter um suco invertido, filtração do suco invertido, descoloração do suco invertido para obter xarope de açúcar, desmineralização do xarope de açúcar, evaporação do xarope de açúcar desmineralizado e arrefecimento do xarope de açúcar, de maneira a formar o açúcar líquido.
