Abstract

"PEPTìDEO DERIVADO DE RASGAP PARA MATAR SELETIVAMENTE CéLULAS CANCEROSAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um peptídeo que consiste na seqüência N2 da proteína RasGAP, um fragmento dela, ou uma variante dela que aumente a habilidade de uma droga em matar células seletivamente. Além disso, ela refere-se a um composto farmacêutico consistindo de, como uma substância ativa, uma quantidade farmaceuticamente efetiva de dito peptídeo
