Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE DE DESCARGA ELéTRICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um eletrodo para um processo de tratamento de superfície por descarga elétrica, que é moldado com um pó metálico ou um pó de composto metálico apresentando um diâmetro de grão médio de 6 micra a 10 micra. Um revestimento em uma superfície de uma peça de trabalho é formado com um material constituindo o eletrodo ou uma substância que é gerada por uma reação do material devido a uma descarga elétrica em forma de pulso. O revestimento é produzido com um material contendo metal como um constituinte principal sob condições de uma largura da corrente de pulso para a descarga elétrica em uma faixa de 50 microssegundos a 500 microssegundos, e um pico da corrente de pulso igual ou inferior a 300 ampÞres. Em um processo de tratamento de superfície de descarga elétrica para formação de um revestimento em uma superfície de uma peça de trabalho, com energia de uma descarga elétrica em forma de pulso provocada entre um eletrodo e a peça de trabalho, em um fluido de trabalho ou em ar, o eletrodo sendo um compacto verde obtido por moldagem por compressão de um pó metálico ou um pó de composto metálico, o revestimento sendo formado com um material constituindo o eletrodo ou uma substância, que é gerada por uma reação do material devido à energia da descarga elétrica em forma de pulso, a formação de forma espessa de um material contendo metal como um constituinte principal é feita, usando um eletrodo obtido por mistura e moldagem por compressão de um pó metálico ou um pó de composto metálico, tendo um diâmetro de grão médio de 6 a 10 micrometros, sob condições de trabalho nas quais uma amplitude de pulso é de 50 a 500 microssegundos e um valor da corrente de pico é igual ou inferior a 30 ampÞres.
