Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU A presente invenção é relativa a um processo para fabricar um pneu que compreende, no mínimo, um elemento estrutural que inclui, no mínimo, uma primeira porção feita de um primeiro material elastomérico cru e, no mínimo, uma segunda porção feita do primeiro material elastomérico cru, a segunda porção sendo axialmente espaçada separada da primeira porção. O processo compreende a etapa de formar um pneu cru sobre um dispositivo de suporte, moldar e curar o pneu cru, no qual a etapa de formar o pneu cru compreende a etapa de fornecer dito elemento estrutural. A etapa de fornecer dito elemento estrutural inclui: a) formar a primeira porção por meio de enrolar no mínimo um elemento alongado continuo feito do primeiro material elastomérico como por meio de um movimento de rotação-translação entre o dispositivo de suporte e um dispositivo de distribuição para fornecer o elemento alongado contínuo; b) começar a aplicar o elemento alongado contínuo em uma posição axialmente espaçada separada da primeira porção, ao mesmo tempo que continua a fornecer o elemento alongado contínuo de modo a formar a segunda porção, e c) formar a segunda porção enrolando o elemento alongado contínuo feito do primeiro material elastomérico como por meio de um movimento de rotação-translação entre o dispositivo de suporte e o dispositivo de distribuição.
