Abstract
"UNIDADE DE TESTE DE DIAGNóSTICO E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR A PRESENçA OU AUSêNCIA DE UM ANALISADO DENTRO DE UMA AMOSTRA DE TESTE DERIVADA DE UMA FONTE BIOLóGICA". é provida uma unidade de teste de diagnóstico. A unidade de teste compreende uma haste possuindo uma primeira extremidade e uma segunda extremidade, a haste definindo pelo menos um canal de fluxo se estendendo entre as primeira e segunda extremidades. A mecha absorvente é disposta na primeira extremidade da haste, a mecha absorvente sendo configurada para coletar uma amostra de teste derivada de uma fonte biológica que é suspeita de conter um analisado. A unidade de teste também compreende uma câmara de fluido configurada para conter um fluido, onde a câmara de fluido está em comunicação de fluido com a mecha absorvente, através do canal de fluxo. A unidade de teste também compreende uma vedação rompível que inibe o vazamento do fluido da câmara de fluido, antes do uso e um ensaio para detectar a presença ou ausência do analisado. O ensaio está em comunicação de fluido com mecha absorvente, o canal de fluxo e a câmara de fluido.
