Abstract
"ELEMENTO FUNCIONAL, DISPOSIçãO DE COMPONENTE, E, MéTODOS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA DISPOSIçãO DE COMPONENTE E DE UM ELEMENTO FUNCIONAL". A invenção refere-se a um elemento funcional (10) tendo um eixo geométrico longitudinal (14), uma seção de corpo (16), uma seção de perfuração oca (18), uma superfície de contato em forma de anel (20) que é disposta sobre a seção de corpo, substancialmente estendida em uma direção perpendicular com respeito ao eixo geométrico longitudinal e é radialmente deslocada em afastamento à parte prensada, e uma ranhura anular (21) que se estende axialmente e é incorporada na parte do corpo radialmente no interior da superfície de suporte. Nervuras de travamento (26) são preferivelmente providas e pelo menos parcialmente cruzam a ranhura anular e a extremidade livre (28) da parte prensada é provida com uma aresta de corte anular (30). O elemento funcional inventivo é caracterizado pelo fato de que um rebordo anular (32) é provido na parte prensada entre a superfície de contato em forma de anel e a extremidade livre da parte prensada e uma cavidade anular (34) é provida em torno da dita parte prensada entre o rebordo e sua extremidade livre frontal. Um componente de assembling consistindo do elemento funcional combinado co uma folha de metal, um método para produzir o componente de assembling e um método para produzir o elemento funcional são também revelados.
