A presente invenção refere-se a a um elemento de display para colocação de publicidade no cabo de um carrinho de compra ou semelhante, abrangendo um corpo de base com áreas (3) planas para apresentação de publicidade bem como elementos de fixação (4) para fixação do elemento de display (1) na barra de cabo (7) ou nos suportes de barra de cabo de um carrinho de compra e um recesso para alojamento parcial ou total de um outro elemento funcional (6) fixado à barra de cabo (7).
