Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA O ENCURVAMENTO DE UM MATERIAL DE TUBULAçãO". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo e a um método (a um aparelho e a uma técnica) para o encurvamento de um material de tubulação, em que uma tubulação externa (Po) é encurvada. O referido aparelho de encurvamento possui um molde de pressão (6) para travar uma superfície lateral para ser encurvada de um material de tubulação proporcionado exatamente em frente de uma seção de encurvamento do material de tubulação. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido dispositivo de encurvamento está caracterizado pelo fato de que a superfície frontal do molde de pressão está longitudinalmente proporcionada com uma ranhura (m) substancialmente semicircular que pode montar substancialmente um meio corpo da superfície circunferencial exterior do material de tubulação, e de que a configuração de ranhura sobre a lateral distante a partir da seção de encurvamento é semicircular e da qual o diâmetro corresponde para aquele do material de tubulação ¢tubulação externa (Po)! antes do encurvamento, enquanto a configuração de ranhura (m) sobre a lateral próxima da seção de encurvamento é semielipticamente afilada. Com isto, a configuração de seção transversal da tubulação externa (Po) é levada a se modificar em uma configuração substancialmente elíptica na qual o exterior da seção a ser encurvada é afilado. A configuração de seção transversal se torna substancialmente circular quando o encurvamento é completado."DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BENDING A PIPE MATERIAL". The present invention relates to a device and method (apparatus and technique) for bending a pipe material, wherein an outer pipe (Po) is bent. Said bending apparatus has a pressure mold (6) for locking a side surface for bending of a pipe material provided directly in front of a bending section of the pipe material. In accordance with the present invention, said bending device is characterized in that the front surface of the pressure mold is longitudinally provided with a substantially semicircular groove (m) which can substantially assemble a half body of the outer circumferential surface of the pressure material. the groove configuration on the far side from the bending section is semicircular and of which the diameter corresponds to that of the pipe material ¢ external tubing (Po)! before bending, while the slot configuration (m) on the proximal side of the bending section is semi-elliptically tapered. With this, the cross-sectional configuration of the outer tubing (Po) is caused to change into a substantially elliptical configuration in which the exterior of the section to be bent is tapered. The cross-sectional configuration becomes substantially circular when bending is completed.
