This system in relation to operational aspects, is characterized by providing a uniform drying, requiring low specific enthalpy without causing damage by thermal stress to the grain, preserving its original characteristics. Due to its technical characteristics, it has commercial application in coffee and rice drying processes and, for any type of grain, if used in farm level, whose preprocessing units are characterized by high drying capacity.
