Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE LUBRIFICAçãO PARA UM MOTOR". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de lubrificação para um motor, na qual um cárter para suportar um virabrequim para rotação sobre o mesmo é formado usando um par de metades de cárter acopladas entre si ao longo de um plano de conjugação que se estende ao longo de um plano perpendicular a uma linha axial do virabrequim, e um reservatório de óleo é formado em uma parte inferior do cárter abaixo do virabrequim de modo a se estender através do plano de conjugação enquanto uma câmara de bomba de uma bomba de óleo para aspirar óleo a partir do reservatório de óleo é formada entre as duas metades de cárter através do plano de conjugação. O objetivo da invenção é introduzir, na bomba de óleo, óleo contido no reservatório de óleo, usando uma estrutura que pode causar uma redução da quantidade de peças e melhorar a instalação de montagem. Uma ranhura de trajetória (116), que forma uma trajetória de sucção de óleo (115) para interligar a bomba de óleo e o reservatório de óleo (82) entre duas metades de cárter (17 e 18), com o plano de conjugação (19) ensanduichado entre as mesmas, é provida em pelo menos uma das duas metades de cárter (17 e 18).
