Abstract
"MéTODO PARA REDUZIR O CONSUMO DE ENERGIA EM UMA MáQUINA LAVADORA DE ROUPAS AUTOMáTICA". Do tipo que compreende um meio de lavagem (L) rotativamente acionado para prover a lavagem de uma carga de roupas acoplado ao meio de lavagem (L) para faze-lo girar durante etapas de agitação e de centrifugação; e um meio de controle (4) operativamente associado ao motor elétrico (3) de modo a instruir sua energização. De acordo com a invenção, o método compreende as etapas de: - prover a energização do motor elétrico (3), no início de cada giro unidirecional do meio de lavagem (L) com um certo percentual da tensão eficaz da rede elétrica de alimentação; - manter a energização plena do motor elétrico (3) durante um tempo predeterminado, definido pelo meio de controle (4), com uma tensão eficaz no mínimo igual ao certo percentual da tensão eficaz da rede elétrica de alimentação, para que o motor elétrico (3) e o meio de lavagem (L) alcancem um desejado regime de rotação; e - ajustar a tensão eficaz aplicada ao motor elétrico (3), para pelo menos um valor suficiente para manter um desejado regime de rotação do meio de lavagem (L) na etapa operacional em curso."METHOD FOR REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN AN AUTOMATIC CLOTHING WASHER". Of the type comprising a washing means (L) rotatably driven to provide for washing a load of clothes coupled to the washing means (L) to rotate it during stirring and centrifugation steps; and a control means (4) operatively associated with the electric motor (3) in order to instruct its energization. According to the invention, the method comprises the steps of: - providing the energization of the electric motor (3) at the beginning of each one-way rotation of the washing medium (L) with a certain percentage of the effective voltage of the power supply network; - maintain full energization of the electric motor (3) for a predetermined time, defined by the control means (4), with an effective voltage at least equal to a certain percentage of the effective voltage of the mains supply, so that the electric motor ( 3) and the washing means (L) achieve a desired rotation regime; and - adjusting the effective voltage applied to the electric motor (3) to at least sufficient value to maintain a desired flushing medium rotation speed (L) in the ongoing operating stage.
