Abstract

"MáQUINA DE DESFIBRAMENTO DE FUMO". A máquina (1) compreende uma estrutura de sustentação principal (2), fixa, na qual é disposto um dispositivo alimentador de fumo (4) com fitas transportadoras convergentes (5) e (6) capazes de empurrar uma massa ou bloco de fumo (T) em direção a uma abertura de saída (7) da estrutura (2) e um dispositivo de corte giratório (11) encaixado em frente à mencionada abertura de saída (7) em uma estrutura de sustentação auxiliar (9) conectada de forma móvel à estrutura principal (2). O dispositivo de corte (11) contém uma série de facas horizontais (18), capazes de cortar e penetrar sucessivamente na massa ou bloco de fumo (T) que, durante a operação, emerge da abertura de saída mencionada acima (7). A estrutura de sustentação auxiliar (9) é capaz de movimento de translação com respeito à estrutura principal (2) em direção horizontal paralela ao eixo de rotação (A-A) do dispositivo de corte (11), entre uma posição de operação ou de trabalho na qual o dispositivo de corte (11) estende-se em frente à abertura de saída (7) e uma posição de não operação na qual o dispositivo de corte (11) estende-se transversalmente ao lado da abertura de saída (7), que é descoberta e diretamente acessível.
