Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA MANUFATURA DE CORREIAS DE TRANSMISSãO DENTADAS OTIMIZADAS PLURAIS". Descreve-se uma correia de transmissão de energia de nervuras múltiplas, tendo sulcos longitudinais e sulcos transversais, que formam uma pluralidade de dentes na superfície da correia, definidos entre os sulcos transversais adjacentes. Os comprimentos dos passos das fileiras de dentes são dispostos aleatória ou seq³encialmente por todo o comprimento da correia, para reduzir o ruído da correia, na medida em que esta se movimenta em torno das suas polias associadas. O modelo de passo ideal em uma correia é variável, dependente do comprimento circunferencial da correia. Para criar uma seq³ência de passos otimizada para correias de vários comprimentos circunferenciais, um processo de manufatura é empregado, no qual em uma porção da seq³ência de passos incorpora-se uma correia mais curta, dentro de uma seq³ência de passos otimizada de uma correia mais longa, e ambas as correias são manufaturadas de um único molde. A correia mais longa pode conter dentes de várias formas, intencionados para deslocar uma gama de freq³ências e minimizar a geração de ruído. Por seleção de uma determinada extensão da correia mais longa, para a criação de correia(s) menor(es), um único molde pode ser utilizado para produzir correias de comprimento variável, e as características de ruído da correia podem ser controladas e otimizadas.
