The product retainer 210 is carried by a scale 240 where the weight of the concentrate is determined. A movable container retainer (215) is movable between a first position and a second position. the container retainer is positioned between the housing (201) and the container (204). A cover (216) is operatively connected to the container retainer (215) in a connection. A cam surface is adjacent to the housing (201). The cover 216 has a cam 216d for contacting the cam surface 201a, where when the cover 216 is moved from a closed position to an open position, the connection moves upward, thus carrying the retainer. container (215) and container (204) which are moved upwards by lifting container (204) out of product retainer (210).
