Abstract
"4-, 6- OU 7-HIDROXIINDóIS COM GRUPOS N-óXIDO E SUA APLICAçãO COMO PRODUTOS TERAPêUTICOS". A invenção refere-se a 4-, 6- ou 7-hidróxiindóis substituídos com grupos N-óxido da fórmula (1), processos para a sua preparação, preparações farmacêuticas, que contêm estes compostos bem como a aplicação farmacêutica desses compostos, que são inibidores da fosfodiesterase 4, como substâncias ativas para o tratamento de doenças, que são influenciadas com uma inibição da atividade da fosfodiesterase 4, especialmente em células imunocompetentes (por exemplo, macrófagos e linfócitos) pelos compostos como definidos em a invenção.
