Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPLEXOS MOLECULARES". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de complexos moleculares solúveis, compreendendo uma ou mais substâncias ativas as quais são fracamente solúveis em um meio aquoso, incluídas dentro de uma ou mais moléculas hospedeiras, caracterizado por compreender as seguintes etapas: (a) pór uma ou mais substâncias ativas em contato com uma ou mais moléculas hospedeiras, (b) realizar uma etapa de difusão molecular pondo um fluido denso em contato, sob pressão, com a mistura obtida em (a), em modo estático, na presença de um ou mais agentes de difusão e (c) recuperação do complexo molecular formado deste modo.
