Abstract

"INSTRUMENTO PARA REALIZAR TERAPIA SOBRE UM DENTE E MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM INSTRUMENTO ENDODÈNTICO PARA USO NA REALIZAçãO DE TERAPIA DE CANAL RADICULAR SOBRE UM DENTE". Um instrumento endodóntico para uso na realização de terapia de canal radicular sobre um dente tendo pelo menos uma canelura reta que previne o auto atarraxar ou auto aparafusar do instrumento no interior em um canal radicular durante o uso. O instrumento compreende uma haste tendo um eixo geométrico central longitudinal, uma parte de fuste e uma parte ativa alongada se estendendo da parte de fuste ao longo do eixo geométrico central, a parte ativa alongada tendo uma extremidade proximal, uma extremidade distal, e pelo menos uma parte da superfície periférica da parte ativa, a canelura reta formando pelo menos uma aresta cortante sobre a superfície periférica. A canelura reta pode ser formada de uma pluralidade de seções de canelura dispostas sobre a superfície periférica do instrumento, a pluralidade de seções de canelura reciprocamente angularmente deslocadas em torno do eixo geométrico central entre si. Um método de fabricação de um instrumento endodóntico é também apresentado.
