Abstract

"ACOPLAMENTO RáPIDO PARA LINHAS DE FLUIDO QUE COMPREENDEM MEIOS DE TRAVAMENTO DISPOSTOS ROTATIVAMENTE EM RELAçãO à PARTE FêMEA". A presente invenção se refere a um acoplamento rápido para acoplar linhas de fluido sob pressão elevada de maneira estanque a líquidos, o acoplamento compreendendo uma parte fêmea em forma luva e uma parte macho que pode ser introduzida na dita parte fêmea, onde uma parte macho relacionada à parte fêmea compreende uma parte cilíndrica que pode ser introduzida na parte fêmea cuja superfície envolvente apresenta um sulco tendo uma determinada largura, dito sulco recebendo um anel axialmente deslocável entre as duas paredes do sulco, dito anel tendo substancialmente a mesma espessura que a profundidade do sulco, e cuja parte fêmea compreende um es aço cilíndrico para receber a parte cilíndrica da parte macho, a superfície envolvente do dito espaço sendo provida com ao menos um sulco que recebe meios de travamento, elasticamente móveis, fora e dentro da parte cilíndrica, cujos meios, em uma posição de travamento, cooperam com a borda do sulco que se situa mais próxima da extremidade externa da parte macho e cujos meios de travamento são deslocáveis para fora de sua posição de travamento por um movimento do anel em direção à dita borda da extremidade externa, cujo movimento é possível pressionando a parte macho para dentro da parte fêmea até que os meios de travamento sejam postos em um acoplamento de fricção com o lado externo do anel, onde os meios de travamento (13) da parte fêmea são dispostos em meio rotativamente disposto (10), o qual é disposto rotativamente com relação à parte fêmea (6) através de um rolamento (11).
