Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM LAMINADO DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE TINTA SECA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM LAMINADO DE VáRIAS CAMADAS". A invenção exposta refere-se a um método para produzir um laminado de transferência de tinta seca (100), que compreende: extrudar uma camada de tinta (110) sobre um revestimento de desprendimento (130); e extrudar uma camada de adesivo sensível à pressão (120) sobre a camada de película de tinta (110), em que o revestimento de desprendimento (130) compreende: uma camada de apoio (132) dotada de uma superfície superior (133) e uma superfície inferior (134); uma primeira camada de cobertura de desprendimento (135) sobreposta à superfície superior (134) do revestimento de apoio (132); a primeira camada de cobertura de desprendimento (135) compreendendo um material resinoso endurecido ou curado para aglutinação ao revestimento de apoio (132) e formar uma superfície de desprendimento fosca espaçada em relação ao revestimento de apoio (132), a superfície de desprendimento fosca contactando a camada de película de tinta extrudada (110); a superfície de desprendimento fosca do revestimento de desprendimento (130) aderente de forma soltável à camada de película de tinta (110) para transferir o acabamento fosco para a camada de película de tinta (110) quando o revestimento de desprendimento (130) é removido da mesma."METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DRY INK TRANSFER LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SEVERAL LAYER LAMINATE". The foregoing invention relates to a method of producing a dry ink transfer laminate (100) comprising: extruding an ink layer (110) onto a peel coating (130); and extruding a pressure sensitive adhesive layer (120) onto the paint film layer (110), wherein the peel coating (130) comprises: a backing layer (132) provided with an upper surface (133) and a lower surface (134); a first detachment cover layer (135) superimposed on the upper surface (134) of the backing (132); the first peel cover layer (135) comprising a hardened or cured resinous material for bonding to the backing (132) and forming a matte peel surface spaced from the backing (132), the matte peel surface contacting the layer of extruded ink film (110); the matte peel surface of the peel liner (130) loosely adhered to the paint film layer (110) to transfer the matte finish to the paint film layer (110) when the peel coating (130) is removed of the same.
