Abstract

"MOLéCULA, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, POLIPEPTìDEO PURIFICADO, ANTICORPOS PURIFICADOS, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO, PARA DETECTAR UMA RACEMASE CODIFICADA POR UM SEQüêNCIA DE NUCLEOTìDEOS, PARA TRIAR UMA MOLéCULA, PARA DETECTAR UM D-AMINOáCIDO E PARA DETECTAR ATIVIDADE RACEMASE EM UM MEIO DE REAçãO, COMPLEXO IMUNOLóGICO, KIT, COMPOSIçãO IMUNIZANTE, E, PLATAFORMA TECNOLóGICA E TODOS OS REAGENTES E DISPOSITIVOS". Esta invenção refere-se à identificação e à caracterização de racemases e definição de assinaturas de proteína destas racemases. Mais particularmente, esta invenção refere-se à identificação de moléculas de ácido nucleico codificando um peptídeo consistindo de um motivo característico das assinaturas de proteína, e aos peptídeos consistindo destes motivos e mais especificamente SEQ ID Nos. 1-4. Esta invenção também refere-se a anticorpos específicos para os peptídeos e a complexos imunes destes anticorpos com os peptídeos. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a métodos e kits para detectar racemases usando as moléculas de ácido nucleico da invenção, assim como os peptídeos consistindo dos motivos e anticorpos para estes peptídeos.
