Abstract

"CONEXãO PLUG-IN REMOVìVEL PARA DUTOS DE ALTA PRESSãO". A presente invenção refere-se conexão plug-in removível que é destinada a dutos de alta pressão, especialmente para dutos de freio na construção de veículos automotores. Ela compreende uma caixa de admissão cilíndrica (1) com um compartimento de admissão central (2), bem como uma peça plug-in tubular, a qual é munida de uma aleta de retenção periférica. A caixa de admissão (1) possui, em seu lado de introdução, um compartimento de admissão ampliado (2) para o assentamento de vários elementos de travamento (5) guiados radialmente, os quais ficam sob tensão prévia na direção do compartimento interno por meio de um anel elástico (14). Os elementos de travamento (5) consistem em duas meias-conchas (8) com cunhas de retenção (18) apontadas para dentro, as quais agarram por trás a aleta de retenção (4), pelo ajuste de suas próprias formas, depois da introdução da peça plug-in (3). Cada meia-concha (8), em uma das áreas frontais, em prolongamento da parede interna, apresenta um pino de centralização projetado para a frente, o qual, ao serem juntadas as duas meias-conchas (8), engatam em um rebaixo correspondente na outra área frontal. Depois do assentamento das meias-conchas (8), parede (15) que circunda o compartimento de admissão ampliado (2<39>), em sua aresta anterior (16), fica arqueada para dentro obliquamente em relação ao eixo da caixa de admissão (1) até que a aleta de retenção possa passar sem obstáculos e as meias-conchas (8) possam desviar livremente para fora ao se introduzir a peça plug-in.
