Abstract

"APARELHO PARA A MOLDAGEM DE UM FECHAMENTO DE PLáSTICO COM UMA EJEçãO ASSISTIDA COM AR". Um aparelho para a moldagem de um fechamento de plástico inclui um conjunto de molde macho que inclui um pino de formação e uma luva de pino externa, os quais cooperam com um molde fêmea para a definição de uma cavidade de molde. Para facilitar a retirada mecânica de um fechamento moldado do pino de formação, ar pressurizado é introduzido no fechamento moldado através de pelo menos uma passagem de ar a qual se estende axialmente entre o pino de formação e a luva de pino. Pela expansão para fora e formação do fechamento de plástico durante a ejeção do pino de formação, as forças às quais o fechamento é submetido durante a ejeção são significativamente reduzidas, desse modo, desejavelmente, reduzindo-se a quantidade de resfriamento do fechamento que é requerida durante o ciclo de moldagem, antes da ejeção. Velocidades de operação significativamente aumentadas para o aparelho de moldagem com compressão podem ser obtidas assim.
