Abstract
"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA MISTURA CIMENTOSA DE ARRASTE DE AR CONTENDO CINZA ESTáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de misturas cimentosas contendo cinza estável como um dos componentes cimentosos, sob condições de arraste de ar. O método envolve a formação de uma mistura compreendendo água, cimento, cinza estável, opcionalmente outros materiais cimentosos, agregado, misturas químicas convencionais, e um agente de arraste de ar, e agitação da mistura para arrastar ar ali. Adicionalmente, pelo menos um agente de sacrifício está também incluído na mistura. O agente de sacrifício é um material, ou mistura de materiais, que não é necessário para atuar como um agente arraste de ar, mas interage de preferência com os componentes da cinza estável que de outra maneira neutralizam, reprimem ou deprimem a atividade do agente de arraste de ar. A invenção inclui misturas cimentosas e concretos endurecidos que resultam do método e da cinza estável tratada com o agente de sacrifício, ou combinações de agente arraste de ar/agente de sacrifício, e processos para a seleção de agente de sacrifícios adequados.
