Abstract

"REGULADOR DE PRESSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um regulador de pressão, especialmente para um conjunto de abastecimento de combustível de motor de combustão, para regular uma pressão de líquido, abrangendo uma válvula, a qual abrange um componente de fechamento de válvula que pela ação de uma mola de lâmina de válvula (16) é forçada contra uma sede de válvula na posição fechada, sendo que um braço da mola de lâmina da válvula (16) está apoiado no componente de fechamento de válvula e o outro braço (24) está apoiado um componente de apoio (30) de um alojamento de regulador (2) e mola de lâmina de válvula (16), na região de sua seção angular, está presa em um pino (26) integrado dentro do alojamento do regulador (2), sendo que a fixação do pino (26) dentro do alojamento regulador (2) abrange perfurações de fixação (33) na mola de lâmina da válvula (16), com paredes laterais (36) do alojamento do regulador (2) que envolvem com distância paralela a mola de lâmina de válvula (16) e que se projetam essencialmente em sentido perpendicular para com o pino (26). A invenção prevê que as paredes laterais (36) sejam ao menos parcialmente sobrepostas por talas (40) e estão unidas com um componente de apoio (30) do alojamento regulador (2) e possuindo perfurações de montagem (38) coaxiais para o pino (26) relativamente às perfurações de montagem (34) nas paredes laterais (36).
