Abstract
"EQUIPAMENTO DE MONITORAMENTO E CRONOANáLISE REMOTA MULTIPONTO". é composto por três módulos distintos, a saber: unidade controladora(UC), uma ou mais unidades retransmissoras(HUBs)e, unidades sensoras(USs) com sensores. Se destina inicialmente à cronoanálise automatizada e em tempo real de processos de fabricação onde interagem operadores e máquinas do ramo de confecções. Também se aplica perfeitamente a todo processo produtivo repetitivo, onde exista interação entre pessoas e máquinas não totalmente automatizadas, e, portanto, a grande maioria das indústrias de pequeno e médio porte. Um microcomputador(5) se conecta à unidade controladora(UC)(1), que por sua vez se conecta a uma ou mais unidades retransmissoras(HUBs)(2). Cada HUB recebe a conexão de até 16 unidades sensoras(USs)(3), capazes de receber até 3 sensores(4), que estarão instalados em todas as máquinas de produção."MULTIPOINT REMOTE CHRONOANALYSIS AND MONITORING EQUIPMENT". It consists of three distinct modules, namely: controller unit (UC), one or more relay units (HUBs), and sensor units (USs) with sensors. Initially intended for automated and real-time cronoanalysis of manufacturing processes where operators and machines interact in the apparel industry. It also applies perfectly to any repetitive production process where there is interaction between people and machines not fully automated, and thus the vast majority of small and medium-sized industries. A microcomputer (5) connects to the controller unit (UC) (1), which in turn connects to one or more relay units (HUBs) (2). Each HUB receives up to 16 sensor units (USs) (3), capable of receiving up to 3 sensors (4), which will be installed on all production machines.
