Abstract

"MáQUINA DE POLIR LAJE DE MáRMORE OU PEDRA EQUIPADA COM UM CABEçOTE ROTATIVO MONTADO EM UM FULCRO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina que, em comparação com a técnica anterior, oferece muitas vantagens importantes. Sob o ponto de vista prático, os processos de trabalho são mais simples e há menos desgaste pelo uso das partes móveis. Com relação à construção, a presente máquina evita a utilização das unidades de suporte convencionais necessárias para permitir um movimento angular ao longo de um trajetória curva. Como é sabido, tais unidades de suporte são complexas e onerosas. A peculiaridade da invenção reside no fato de que a unidade de suporte de cabeçote (1) compreende uma pluralidade de fusos motorizados dotados de ferramentas de polir ou esmeris (3) respectivos, e está montada, nas suas duas extremidades, sobre apoios do tipo fulcro (4). No caso presente, os suportes (4) são árvores horizontais dispostas em rolamentos de esferas.
