Description

CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO ANCHORAGE DEVICE IN BUILT-IN CHAM BAR (001) The present patent application deals with a constructive disposition belonging to the field of civil construction which uses different materials to cover façades which aim to resist weathering and avoid stains moisture, replacing the boards glued directly on facades, coverings and tiles.

(002) As the state of the art is known in the civil construction sector, there is a known solution that consists of the direct application of granite slabs as a coating.

(003) When evaluating this solution until then presented as state of the art, it presents drawbacks and restrictions of use due to a series of factors, among them, the risk of the plates being detached from the facades, cracks and cracks that accompany the dilation of the building as a result of the contraction and dilation movements of the walls, as well as the humidity that permeates the plates by their contact with the surface of the walls, considering for that, that when there are pins or screws in the stone or other material panels, such elements can cause the parts to tear due to the structural stress to which these cladding panels are subjected, when attached by isolated pins.

The anteriority 1, JP8165782A, is basically defined as a folded profile screwed into the wall which is joined by its extension by means of a screw to another similar profile in another direction, which by means of an opening originating from a partial fold, is fitted in support. with recess which is previously fixed to the plate which is fixed to the cladding plate, or directly fixed to the plate by means of a screw.

(005) Priority 2, US6374561B1, is basically defined as flap-shaped profiles which are attached by screws to the wall, and they support other channel-type profiles to which the plates are attached. (006) Considering such anteriorities in spite of the existence of rulers in the aforementioned anteriorities, this present solution proposes a ruled and inclined ruler, which by gravity, confers much greater security than the

There are also significant differentials of the present order compared to the state-of-the-art documents, since the proposed construction is formed in a high-resistance profile which is fixed to the wall by means of a screw, this profile being built under a mechanical structural format which remains unchanged even in the face of extreme forces, and in its longitudinal part it has an oblong hole for adjustment adjustment when receiving a complementary profile joined by screw, forming a single set which is fitted under the slanted ruler inclined on the plate, constituting -a small-sized artifact, easy to install, with precise adjustment, adjustment flexibility, extreme resistance, safety and robustness.

(007) The applicant, in order to develop a new arrangement of the plate fixing system, developed a new composition using a new constructive arrangement applied to the set by structural elements, the main one being a ruler embedded in the plane of the stone plate longitudinally, which allows a protruding and secure support fit.

Combined with the objectives of adequacy, the structure provides for the use of an anchor element which is fixed or anchored to the wall or structure of the building, to which is attached another element that will serve as a support to the stone by means of its nailed rule.

(008) The referred solution, based on the principle of a flat stone base or any flat element in which a continuous ruler or spaced in the longitudinal shape is nailed into its face, and it will be positioned by gravity on a profile in angle shape which is fastened by means of a screw embedded in the anchoring support channel which is fastened to the surface or structure of the wall, allowing with this system the juxtaposition of more panel modules, using more supports.

(009) To complement the present description in order to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the present claim, a set of drawings accompanies this description in annex, where the following is exemplified, although not limiting.
