This Utility Model patent deals with packaging in the form of a box, which was specially designed to serve as a means of transporting toys and more specifically for transporting toys packed in their specific packaging. The present patent proposes a box-shaped packaging that takes the form of a briefcase to be supplied or sold in toy stores, said packaging that takes the form of a briefcase being sized to receive a toy (doll or similar) previously inside packed in its original box.

As it is well known, toys and similar items, particularly in the case of dolls and the like, are usually sold inside packaging (boxes) fully decorated and alluding to the toy model that is inside, and the boxes, due to their rich in details and colors, they end up composing, together with the toy, a visual set of great impact.

For this reason, after purchasing the toy in the specialized store and until its effective delivery to the child, the original box that houses the doll or similar usually deserves special care, thus aiming at maintaining the visual quality of the packaging / toy set.

2/6 showsWithin this context, if it is desirable to be able to effectively protect the packaging / toy set from possible damage (even if minimal) until the moment of delivery to the child arrives, protection which is particularly important during the product transport phase from the point of sale to the consumer's residence.

In view of this state of the art, the present packaging in the form of a box was developed, which presents a design solution that allows it to assume a configuration analogous to that of a suitcase or briefcase, being also a package sized to contain inside a toy (doll or similar) properly packed in its original packaging.

The box-shaped packaging, which takes on the configuration of a briefcase treated here, constitutes, on the one hand, a protection item and, on the other hand, still allows greater convenience in transporting the toy, since normally the boxes originally used for the packaging of dolls and the like, in addition to being relatively bulky, do not have handles or any other resource that allows their easy transport.

The box-shaped packaging treated here is a low-cost item, and can be manufactured in corrugated laminated cardboard or similar, which can optionally incorporate decorative patterns similar to those used in gift papers.
