The base frames (1) and top (3) are assembled from two pieces (5 and 6) with folded skirt-shaped side faces (7) with rounded ends (8) and curved vertices (9) to form parts that fit together in male and female system, and in male part (5) the height of the skirts (7) is greater than that of the female part (6). The base frame (1) is constructed of overlapping and clamped fasteners (10), with pieces (5 and 6) arranged with mismatched ends to enable the fitting of male parts (5 and 11) used as the pillars ( 2) of the package, while the upper structure (3) consists of female parts (6) joined transversely by elongated strips (12) with the aid of staples (10).

The present temporary utility model patent is a fully recyclable mountable / demountable packaging which has been developed for use with various types of products, particularly those of the so-called white goods (which basically include household appliances) to enable a more practical, economical and environmentally friendly use when comparison with existing ones.

As is well known in the art, currently white goods - refrigerators, freezers, stoves, washers, etc. - are packaged with parts usually made of Styrofoam (or EPS - expanded polystyrene) or wood (secured with nails, staples or similar elements) to protect them during transportation and storage, and such packaging is of critical importance to ensure that the product arrives intact at final costumer. Thus, the manufacturing process of such appliances involves a step that depends on the prior production of unique parts manufactured tailor-made for each product they will pack, which involves high costs.

It happens that such form of packaging presents other drawbacks as, for example, the fact that it is generally difficult to discard by the end consumer due to its dimensions and, in the specific case of Styrofoam, to decompose the environment during handling, and to have a relatively durable small and cannot be reused in other applications. The use of wood also presents some equally relevant problems, as its form of attachment and its own handling can cause injury during the packing, unpacking and disposal processes, as well as damage to the packed equipment itself.

It should also be mentioned that such packages often do not allow the perfect visualization of the product and result in unpleasant final presentation.

It was by analyzing these facts, and with the purpose of resolving them, that the inventor developed the mountable / demountable packaging for white goods and other privileged gift items, comprised of a box consisting of base frame, insertable pillars, top frame and closure lid. Since all the elements are made with U and J profiles made of cardboard-like material, they fit together in a male-female system generating structures of high strength and durability, capable of having their dimensions and mounting forms suitable for the most diverse types of products. Due to their physical characteristics of shape, weight and arrangement, the parts allow the mounting of any type of protective packaging easily, conveniently and quickly, since they have a simple tool-free fitting system. They are produced with high strength material that allows to maintain the same stacking capacity of the existing ones, but without increase of internal and external area, with great visual appearance that allows a perfect visualization of the packaged product. In addition, they facilitate disposal by the end consumer without causing damage to the environment and can be reused for purposes other than being fully recyclable.

It is noteworthy that the illustrations are merely elucidative and not limiting, since new dispositions, conformations and dimensional adaptations can be used without departing from the scope of the intended protection.

In accordance with the above illustrations, the assemblable / demountable packaging for white goods and others, which is the subject of this utility model application, is comprised of: base frame (1), pillars (2), top frame (3 ) and closure lid (4) which fit together into a kind of box which, after the application of heat shrinkable film usually used for finishing such packaging, is an integrated and highly resistant element which can be stacked for storage or transport. .

The base (1) and top (3) structures are assembled from two pieces (5 and 6) with folded skirt-shaped side faces (7) with rounded ends (8) and curved vertices (9) to form parts fit together in male and female system, and in male part (5) the height of the skirts (7) is greater than that of the female part (6).

The base frame (1) is constructed of overlapping and clamped elements (10), with pieces (5 and 6) arranged with mismatched ends to enable the fitting of U-shaped (5) or J-shaped male cross-sections ( 11) used as the pillars (2) of the packaging, the parts (11) being exclusively used as corner pillars. To assemble the package, simply place the base surface (1) on the floor and rest on it the product to be packed, on which the upper structure (3) must be arranged. Then the pillars (2) fit into the spans (15) of the frame (1) - the J-shaped cross-section pillars (11) arranged at the corners of the piece - and the female parts (6) of the upper frame (3). ). Once this is done, simply place the closing cap (4) on the part and direct the product to the application of the shrink film.
