Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA REMOçãO DE COMPONENTES VOLáTEIS DE UMA COMPOSIçãO". Aparelho e processos para remover componentes voláteis a partir de uma composição utiliza um secador tendo uma câmara de entrada e uma pluralidade de canais. Uma limitação de fluxo é disposta imediatamente a montante da entrada de cada canal com relação a uma direção de fluxo da composição através do secador. O processo inclui a etapa de aquecer a composição em um local a montante da limitação de fluxo até uma temperatura acima da temperatura de inflamação de pelo menos um dos componentes em uma pressão da entrada de canal e aplicando uma pressão à composição aquecida para evitar tal inflamação. O processo inclui ainda a etapa de passar a composição pressurizada, aquecida através da câmara de entrada do secador, da limitação de fluxo, e através dos canais.
