Abstract
TUBULAçãO, PRODUTO DE REVESTIMENTO E MéTODOS PARA FORMAR E INSTALAR O REVESTIMENTO Um método para revestimento, reabilitação, reparo e rejuvenescimento de tubulações e passagens é mostrado. O método compreende as etapas de guinchar um revestimento tubular (10) para dentro de uma seção de tubulação (14) a ser reparada, dispondo de um elemento reformatador (34) dentro do revestimento em uma extremidade e próximo da extremidade da tubulação, depositar uma carga de cimento (16) na tubulação hospedeira próxima da mencionada uma extremidade, e expandir o revestimento dentro da tubulação contra a superfície interior da mencionada tubulação impulsionando o membro de reformatação dentro do revestimento sob pressão. A superfície externa do revestimento está provida de uma pluralidade de protuberâncias (12) na forma de ganchos de âncora em reboco que penetram no cimento ao longo do comprimento do mencionado revestimento assegurando assim uma ligação mecânica entre o mencionado revestimento e o mencionado cimento. O cimento também adere à superfície interna da tubulação e assim a construção de um revestimento rígido, seguro, impermeável à água é conseguido. Os ganchos de ancoragem previnem tanto o escoamento por gravidade da argamassa bem como também assegura que o revestimento não se desprenda do cimento. Uma substancial espessura uniforme de cimento é obtida, e a construção do revestimento adota uma forma substancialmente idêntica à da tubulação hospedeira após a hidratação do cimento.
