Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE QUEIMA TANGENCIAL"<D>. Trata-se de um método de operação de um forno que utiliza combustível sólido (10) do tipo que tem uma pluralidade de caixas de vento (20), sendo que cada uma tem uma pluralidade de compartimentos (32, 48) através dos quais combustível e ar são introduzidos no forno. O método inclui o fornecimento de ar primário e combustível através dos mesmos compartimentos (32, 48) ao forno em uma direção tangencial e um primeiro círculo imaginário (92) localizado geralmente no centro do forno de modo a criar uma bola de fogo rotativa. O método também inclui o fornecimento de ar de queima por cima e ar de deslocamento ao forno (10), sendo que o ar de deslocamento é aquela parte do ar fornecido ao forno (10) de modo a suportar um segundo círculo imaginário (96) concêntrico a e tendo um diâmetro maior do que o primeiro círculo imaginário (92). De preferência, o ar total fornecido ao forno é separado de acordo com a seguinte relação: ar total (100%) = (ar deslocado até um máximo de 40%) + (ar de queima por cima até um máximo de 50%) + (uma subalocação combinada do ar primário e do ar combustível de pelo menos 20%).
