Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"TIORREDOXINA E PROCESSAMENTO DE GRãOS"<D>. A invenção fornece novos métodos de processamento de grãos, particularmente de milho e soja, utilizando tiorredoxina e/ou tiorredoxina redutase para aumentar a capacidade de extrair e recuperar amido e proteína. A invenção fornece ainda novas plantas transgênicas que expressam tiorredoxina e/ou tiorredoxina redutase termostável.
