Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO TéRMICO PARA LìQUIDOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento térmico para líquidos, em particular para esterilizar ou pasteurizar bebidas e outros alimentos líquidos, no qual o líquido conduzido nas linhas é aquecido em uma região de aquecimento (15) para uma temperatura predeterminada apropriada para o tratamento térmico a ser executado, é mantido na temperatura alcançada em uma região de manutenção de temperatura (16) por um tempo preestabelecido de acordo com o tratamento térmico a ser executado e é depois resfriado em uma região de resfriamento (17). De modo a manter, nesse processo, o conteúdo mineral na concentração desejada no líquido e, em particular, em bebidas e outros alimentos líquidos, de acordo com a invenção, é providenciado que o líquido que foi magnetizado antes do aquecimento na região de aquecimento (15) seja, depois do aquecimento, novamente exposto a um campo magnético (unidade de magnetização 25) que o magnetiza.
