Abstract
"SERINGA SEM AGULHA COM CARTUCHO PREENCHIDO". Um cartucho e uma montagem de bocal para uso em um sistema de injeção agulha é oferecido. A montagem inclui um cartucho (12 ) tendo um êmbolo (24 ) disposto a uma extremidade traseira do mesmo incluindo uma entrada (21) em uma parte dianteira do mesmo com uma válvula de saída que pode ser deslocada (46) inicialmente disposta dentro da entrada (21), sendo a válvula de saída (46) feita de material resiliente tendo, pelo menos, um canal axial (56,62) definido na parte traseira e dianteira do mesmo entre a qual está disposto um corpo de válvula sem canal (58) . Um bocal (14) para receber o cartucho (12); o bocal (14) definindo uma parte receptora traseira de cartucho e incluindo uma parte dianteira delimitando e definindo uma superfície de apoio de válvula (48) com um orifício de injeção (52) definido lá e uma parte recessiva (50) sendo configurada para receber a válvula (46) quando a válvula (46) for deslocada para uma posição dianteira de tal forma que a válvula (46) esteja disposta contra a superfície de apoio de válvula (48) de forma que a parte interna do cartucho (12) tenha acesso de fluido ao orifício (52) via os canais axiais (56 , 62) e ao redor do corpo de válvula (46). Um selo (22) disposto entre o cartucho (12) e o bocal (14) adjacente às partes dianteiras do mesmo para, pelo menos, reduzir o vazamento da injeção entre eles.
