Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO PROTéICA E UMA FóRMULA INFANTIL CONTENDO A MESMA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para preparar uma composição protéica para uma fórmula infantil cuja composição de aminoácidos é semelhante àquela do leite humano, que consiste em tratar um leite de mamífero por microfiltração, em seguida desmineralizá-lo por eletrodiálise sem a necessidade de recorrer à decantação por troca de íons.
