Abstract

<B>ARTIGO ABSORVENTE COM REVESTIMENTO EXPANSìVEL<D> Artigo absorvente integral possuindo um comprimento de artigo longitudinal e uma largura de artigo lateral. O artigo inclui um composto absorvente compreendendo primeira e segunda regiões de extremidade longitudinalmente opostas, regiões lateralmente opostas, uma superfície voltada para o corpo, uma superfície externa e primeira borda de extremidade longitudinalmente terminal. O composto absorvente inclui, adicionalmente, uma camada de folha posterior substancialmente impermeável a líquido, uma camada de folha superior substancialmente permeável a líquido e uma porção de retenção que é intercalada entre as camadas de folha posterior e superior. Um revestimento externo extensível é ligado para estender sobre a maior parte da superfície externa do composto absorvente.
